DR. JERSY CHEN
Dr. Jersy Chen is not your average dentist. When you meet her you'll feel as if she is your old high school friend and immediately feel comfortable discussing your dental concerns!
Conveniently located steps from Grand Central Station, you'll find her boutique office to be one of the most inviting and relaxing in midtown Manhattan-NYC. The office has sun drenched rooms, a cozy private waiting area. The welcoming reception is adorned with a large moss wall along with European jazz music in the background. She has over 20 years of experience in comprehensive dental care and her office boasts a multitude of dental specialties. They include Invisalign, 1-hour Glo Whitening, Bioclear esthetic bonding, Emax veneers, zirconia crowns, tooth-colored fillings, root canal therapy (Endodontic treatments), periodontal treatments, implants and oral surgery.She uses cutting edge technology to create digital smile designs which maximize the predictability and accuracy of all smile-makeovers. Her craftsmanship on her smile-makeovers is like no other as complemented by all of her patients.
Dr. Chen is truly an artist of the mouth, perfecting alignments, esthetics with overall oral health in mind which leads to creating many beautiful smiles. Her credentials include an undergraduate degree from Cornell University(Go Big Red!), and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine(Go Jumbos!) with hundreds of continuing education hours from all over the world. Most recent certification with K&K Advanced Invisalign Master Course which took place in Madrid, Spain.

DR. JOSEPH AHLO
Dr. Joseph Ahlo is a Board Certified Periodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He specializes in both the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease, as well as the replacement of missing teeth utilizing dental implants. His primary focus is to provide the highest level of comprehensive periodontal and implant therapy available. This includes surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapies, extractions, implants, and bone grafting procedures that include minimally invasive sinus surgery. His goal is to help patients understand the importance and benefits of oral and periodontal health, and specifically how it relates to their overall health and wellbeing.
After graduating with a B.A. degree in Biological Anthropology from the University of Florida, Dr. Ahlo attended Tufts University in Boston where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) in 2004. He then completed his General Practice Residency at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park on Long Island, followed by his surgical residency at Columbia University in New York City. While at Columbia University, he received his Masters degree in the specialty of Periodontics, as well as the Melvin L. Morris Fellowship Periodontics Award. He was also published in the New York Academy of Sciences.
Dr. Ahlo is the co-owner of two dental specialty practices in the Cherry Hill and Princeton areas of New Jersey. He is actively involved in continuing education and enjoys spending time with his family, sports, cooking, and traveling.
DR. KENNETH CHEN
Dr. Kenneth Chen is our resident endodontist (Root Canal Specialist). He attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and continued his specialty training at Columbia University for endodontics. When he is not helping patients with their painful teeth, he likes to spend his time playing with his cats. Actually he enjoys anything that involves animals. He also likes to spend his free time watching and reading Japanese anime and manga. So, if you are a fellow animal lover and/or otaku, feel free to chat with Dr. Chen about anything animal or Japanese nerd culture related. Of course, you can also talk to him about your teeth if you want….
LINDSEY SANDS
Upon entering Dr. Chen’s office, you’ll be greeted with a big, friendly smile from Lindsey. She enjoys being the office coordinator, and keeps the office running smoothly. Not only is she available to help patients with questions about their appointments, treatment plans, and insurance, her kind personality makes it easy to get to know the patients. She looks forward to catching up with them during their semi-annual appointments. In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys artistic pursuits that include photography, drawing, and poetry. She also loves to have dance parties with her Cow Cat, and perusing the many museums across the city.
SYEDA AHMED
Meet Syeda, Dr Chen’s clinical assistant. She started working in Dr. Chen’s office since 2019 as she is an aspiring dentist. Working with Dr Chen has furthered her interest in dentistry because of emphasis placed on the balance of aesthetics and function when working with each patient. One of her hobbies is painting plants and flowers. She is inspired by the indoor greenery that is decorated at the office.
During her spare time she enjoys playing volleyball and was on her high school team. The sport transpired her to be a good team member in all aspects of life as she is an integral team player at Dr. Chen’s office as well.
